Return Policy

Because InkNfiber products are custom-made, personalized, or printed on demand, all custom orders are generally final sale.

Custom products

Custom printed apparel, DTF transfers, uploaded artwork orders, personalized designs, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error or the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact InkNfiber within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Approved resolutions

Depending on the issue, InkNfiber may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Customer-provided artwork

Customers are responsible for uploaded artwork quality, spelling, placement approval, colors, and design details. InkNfiber is not responsible for customer-approved design errors.

Non-custom items

If non-custom items are sold, they may be eligible for return only if unused, unworn, and in original condition, subject to approval.
